Outfit Ledger Privacy Policy

Outfit Ledger is designed as a local-first wardrobe tracking app. Its core features are intended to run on the user’s device.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use wardrobe records, outfit logs, or photos for advertising.
2. Information Outfit Ledger may access
Depending on how you use the app, Outfit Ledger may access:
- Garment names, categories, prices, and purchase dates you enter
- Outfit logs and notes you create inside the app
- Photos you choose to add to wardrobe items
- Language preference and app state needed for functionality
3. How information is used
Information is used only to provide the app’s core features, such as:
- Displaying and organizing your wardrobe
- Calculating purchase totals and cost per wear
- Saving outfit history and updating wear counts
- Showing selected garment photos inside the app
4. Storage and sharing
Outfit Ledger stores wardrobe data locally on the device. Garment records, outfit logs, and selected photos are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
If future versions introduce cloud sync, account systems, analytics, or external storage, this policy will be updated before or with the relevant release.
5. Permissions
Outfit Ledger may request permissions when needed for features you choose to use.
- Photo library access: if you choose to upload garment photos
If you do not grant photo access, you can still use wardrobe and outfit logging features without adding photos.
6. Children’s privacy
Outfit Ledger is not directed to children under 4, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Policy updates
This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page and will apply to future app releases.
