SignMint is designed as a local-first document signing tool. Its core editing workflow is intended to operate on the user’s device.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your documents or signatures for advertising.

2. Information SignMint may access

Depending on how you use the app, SignMint may access:

  • Files or documents you choose to import
  • Images you choose to import for signing or editing
  • Signature data you create inside the app
  • Basic app usage information needed for app functionality

3. How information is used

Information is used only to provide the app’s core features, such as:

  • Opening and displaying selected documents
  • Placing signatures, text, or marks on files
  • Exporting edited copies chosen by the user
  • Saving app state needed for the user experience

4. Storage and sharing

SignMint is intended to process documents locally on the device. Files and signatures are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

If future versions introduce cloud sync, account systems, analytics, or external storage, this policy will be updated before or with the relevant release.

5. Permissions

SignMint may request permissions when needed for features you use.

  • File access: to open or export files you choose
  • Photo library access: if you import images from your library

If you do not grant a permission, related features may not work until you enable it.

6. Children’s privacy

SignMint is not directed to children under 4, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page and will apply to future app releases.
